The administrator can choose to return certain "private" forums: the members not registered will be not able to consult them, and the registered members should ask has the administrator to add them to the list of members " with permission ".
Two Private types of Forum exist:
* By selection: The administrator allocates the permission to members
* For registered only: Private forums are visible that for members registered and not at the visitors.
